IMPLEMENTATION STEPS
1. Initiate discussion and gain management commitment.
2. Work with internal committee of HR, Facilities, IT and others to develop pilot program.
3. Develop policies and guidelines.
4. Develop selection criteria.
5. Develop remote access from a technology perspective.
6. Select teleworkers and supervisors.
7. Train supervisors for selecting and managing remote workers.
8. Train employees to be successful at working at home.
9. Implement and evaluate.
10. Expand beyond pilot.
